The exact timetable for the tournament was a work in progress, dependent upon a) how many players participated, b) how quickly each round was completed, and c) whether a mini-round was required at the start of the Knockout Stage (see the Format page). But here is the final tournament schedule:

• Signup deadline: June 28 **completed**
• Preliminary Round 1: June 29 to July 15 **completed**
• Preliminary Round 2: July 16 to August 6 **completed**
• Preliminary Round 3: August 6 to August 24 **completed**
• Preliminary Round 4: August 25 to September 12 **completed**
• Preliminary Round 5: September 12 to September 23 **completed**
• Knockout Stage (part one): September 23 to October 14 **completed**
• Knockout Stage (part two): October 15 to October 24 **completed**
• Knockout Stage (part three): October 24 to October 25 **completed**
• Knockout Final: October 26 to October 31 **completed**

The goal will be to speed up the Knockout Stage to ensure the tournament finishes within 2020, allowing us to start and finish another more traditional PBEM tournament (with longer rounds) in 2021.
